Transforming Learning Journeys with Engaging, Strategic Design
As an immersive, learner-centric instructional and multimedia designer, I specialize in creating impactful training experiences that prioritize engagement and measurable outcomes. With a strategic approach rooted in adult learning principles, I develop a wide range of training modalities, including eLearning, instructor-led sessions, and supplemental resources like explainer videos, job aids, and podcasts. I leverage the ADDIE workflow to manage projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure successful and timely delivery. Trainings are interactive, goal-driven, and always focused on enhancing the learning journey.

Mission Impossible
This 5-part technical enablement eLearning training covered four (level 200-300) training topics. I worked with Solution Architect (SA) Subject Matter Experts to develop relevant content for the learning audience. The content included SA diagrams, training videos, and supplemental job aids and consolidated resources on a content management hub. My role was to identify learning objectives, storyboarding, script writing, assessments, and theme.

Way of Selling
This training is a collaboration of stakeholder and subject matter expert efforts to drive a comprehensive (level 100) mental model for selling cloud-based services. This 5-module curriculum was an organizational strategic goal to align field sellers, partners, and internal organizations.

This short training addresses defined steps to appropriately obtain customer consent before sharing cloud-based solutions and partner-selling opportunities.

Global Ambassador Training
This overview course covers the value of internal organizational partnerships for customers, how to maintain customer data privacy, and how to engage in cross-industry opportunities.
